Our Story

As experienced children's social workers, over the 25 years we have witnessed first-hand the challenges that vulnerable children face when they lack a safe, stable, and nurturing environment. Throughout our careers, we have worked closely with children in care, understanding their struggles, their resilience, and the gaps in the current system that often leave them feeling unsupported.

  Our mission atRainbow House is to provide child-focused services in a safe, nurturing environment where children are supported to reach their full potential. We are committed to helping young people develop independence and life skills through practical solutions and the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.  Our small, family-based environment, will deliver our vision without exception.   

 Our vision is to deliver high-quality care provision focused on the challenging behaviours and complex needs of vulnerable children and young people. We believe accessible, non-institutional care that benefits young people, families, staff, and funders is achievable through expertise, support, joint working, and guidance.
